A "Sales Diagnostician" is an individual that uses a structured assessment approach to identify a business' sales challenges and issues. This diagnostic approach is designed to helps business owners make improvements based on facts rather than feelings.
It provides the data and clarity needed to address long-standing issues that may have been previously overlooked or ignored.
